Nicole Aldridge, CPhT

Nicole Aldridge, CPhT is a Certified Pharmacy Technician with nearly two decades of experience in community pharmacy practice. Since 2006, she has worked in retail pharmacy supporting pharmacists in medication preparation, dispensing, and patient record management while ensuring compliance with regulatory and patient privacy standards.

In addition to her pharmacy practice experience, Nicole has been actively involved in technician education and workforce development. She serves as a Corporate American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Trainer for Walgreens, helping facilitate technician training programs within the organization. She also previously served as a PTCB Preparation Instructor at South Plains College, where she developed and delivered a comprehensive curriculum to prepare students for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam.

Nicole is certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) and is licensed as a pharmacy technician by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. She is passionate about technician education, certification preparation, and supporting the professional growth of pharmacy technicians.

Sharon Karina obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University in 2018 and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2024. She led development of continuing education programs and prescription digital therapeutic commercialization in her roles prior to serving as Vice President of Professional Services at ICHP.
