Miranda Wilhelm, PharmD is a Clinical Professor at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) School of Pharmacy. In addition, she provides clinical and pharmacy services for the SIUE Health Service pharmacy. Dr. Wilhelm received her doctorate of pharmacy from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy. She completed a community pharmacy residency at B&K Prescription Shop partnered with the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy. Dr. Wilhelm serves as the coordinator for the Self-Care and Alternative Medicine required course, Skills Lab I required course, Skills Lab II required course, and the Advanced Self-Care elective. Miranda also teaches in the Immunization Certificate course. In addition to her didactic responsibilities, Miranda precepts students during Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences. Her areas of interest include self-care initiatives, immunizations, point-of-care screenings, wellness and disease state management and education.
